This then undergoes a cool ferment with selected yeasts to ensure the wines are true to the vineyard expression – the 2020 vintage will be the first where this single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc will be certified organic and is also vegan friendly.
A pale green colour, it is showing lime peel, blossom and snow peas on the nose. Lemongrass, melon, fennel seed and lime on the palate.
