Wine Notes
In 1991, after 30 years of ownership, the Zorzettig family installed a state-of-the-art winery and replaced many of their vines with classic, international varieties. Their Pinot Noir has juicy, crushed raspberry flavours, with delicate warm spice and shows off the characteristic ‘Friulian’ weight and elegance.
A soft and spicy Pinot Nero with attractive, ripe fruit; from modern, family estate in North East Italy.
“Complex Pinot nose of meaty and gamy aromas with dark forest fruit, some oak smoke and elegance. A very good balance on the palate of briary fruit, ripe tannins and some intriguing oaky notes.”
Amy Wislocki (Decanter).
