Olivier Leflaive Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Dents de Chien is 100% Chardonnay blended from three south-facing plots in the top of the part of the territory, next to Puligny-Montrachet. Matured for 12 months (4 in stainless steel tank the remainder in oak 15 per cent of which was new) this is  white wine of a great aromatic purity which combines fruity and mineral flavours.

“ Gorgeous nose of buttery lemon, orange zest, honeysuckle, vanilla and melon. The texture is crisp and refreshing, with a vanilla caramel density shot through with lime. Creaminess and oak underpin the fruit.”
