Gathering is arguably the wine that defines The Lane. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon with parcels of each fermented in French oak. A rich, complex wine that always has layers of flavour coupled with mouthwatering acidity. Incredibly serious food wine, whilst vibrant enough to serve chilled as an aperitif. Its Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it. Gathering will age effortlessly for 10 years.
